 Meet your coach James Grace, Master of Body Transformation. Several years ago I decided it was time to transform my life after struggling with my weight since my teenage years. Over the years as I continued to gain weight, I struggled with alcoholism and often felt depressed and just overall unhappy. At my highest weight of 340 lbs. I decided that I needed to figure out why I was depressed and the root cause of my weight gain. I knew I needed to make a change and it was time for me to get to know myself.

During my journey to become a better me mentally, physically, and emotionally I became passionate about helping others to achieve and exceed their personal health goals. Over the past 8 years, I have helped countless people do just that and look forward to helping you exceed all of your goals.

For years, I struggled with anxiety and depression with a firm belief that it was all stemming from being overweight. It was such a severe thought, that at times I no longer wanted to live. One day I told myself “you have one last chance, you have to do something about yourself.” I reached out to Iron Jox and I haven’t looked back since. I lost the weight that had burdened me for so long, but I also developed strength, confidence, courage, and finally... happiness. I found new habits, healthy coping mechanisms, a new outlook on life, and new ways of thinking. I fell in love with weightlifting, and it has helped mold and change my life in so many ways. fueling my desire to become a personal trainer. Now, I look forward to helping others with empowerment, encouragement, and motivation to change their lives and become the best version of themselves.
